What happens after the internship?

Successful candidates progress to the Trainee Trader Analyst Programme. This is where traders are developed through:

Continuous market exposure
Structured review
Data-driven improvement
Direct mentorship from experienced traders

Progression is based on performance. Not time.

How are traders compensated?

All full-time roles are paid.

Trainee Trader Analysts receive a base salary from day one, with performance-based upside as they progress.

For experienced traders, compensation is driven by performance and capital allocation.

There are no artificial ceilings. Consistency and scale drive outcomes.

Path 02

Summer Internship Application.

Our Summer Internship runs in June and August. One month working alongside experienced traders. The internship is primarily remote — you will work with the team, attend live market sessions, and come into the office on selected days. This is how every career at Positive Equity begins.
